I’m Chris Bear Debenjak

I am a personal trainer and fitness professional based in Sydney, Australia.

I have been involved in sport since defeating teenage obesity – shedding over 40kg. While I am proud of my achievements, I have made every possible mistake along the way. That’s why I’m here – So you don’t have to!

The fitness industry is full of many false myths and confusion.

The fitness industry can be a great source of motivation and sets a positive message. In my years following the big names in the industry and researching every diet, training style and trend – I can say that there is no right or wrong way. What works best for you will determine your success!
